The Field Manual (US$27)

If the Field Manual isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms and no hard questions.

The 1-on-1 Exit Audit (US$147)

• Cancel any time before your session is scheduled, or at least 24 hours before your session time, for a full refund.
• You can reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• With less than 24 hours’ notice there is no refund, but you can still move your session once to another time. Sessions you miss without telling us are not refunded.
• If we cancel or miss a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, you get a full refund and a free session. If we cancel earlier and can’t offer a time that works for you, we refund you in full.
• If you are unhappy with a session you attended, email us within 7 days and choose either a free follow-up session or a full refund.

How to ask for a refund

Email amrit@libx.tech from the address you used at checkout (or tell us that address). We process approved refunds within 5 business days, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.

The charge appears on your statement under our company name, LibX LLC. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. It is usually much faster for everyone.
