BOUNDARY CODE

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Boundary Code is a brand operated by LibX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Our mailing address is 28 Geary St, STE 650 #602, San Francisco, CA 94108, United States. You can reach us at amrit@libx.tech.

We know many of our customers need discretion. This policy explains exactly what we collect and why.

1. Browsing the website

The website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts. Like any website, the servers that deliver it (Cloudflare) process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and a styling script from cdn.tailwindcss.com; those services receive your IP address when they deliver those files.

2. Purchases

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. From Stripe we receive your name, email address, billing country, the product purchased, the amount and the payment status. We use this to deliver your purchase, send you a receipt, handle refunds and keep the financial records the law requires. At checkout we ask for your explicit consent to this, and to the handling of any sensitive information you choose to share in a session.

Transactions appear on your card or bank statement under the name of the payment processor and/or LibX LLC.

3. The 1-on-1 Exit Audit

Sessions take place over an audio call with a screen-share from our side; you never turn on a camera. We do not record sessions. What you tell us is used only to prepare your session and the written roadmap we give you at the end. Please don’t share other people’s sensitive information unless it is needed for your planning.

4. Email

We email you only about your purchase or booking, or in reply to you. We do not add you to marketing lists without your clear consent, and every marketing email (if you ever opt in) has an unsubscribe link. Tell us if you want us to use a different, private email address for anything we send you.

5. Sharing

We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (website hosting, payment processing by Stripe, email delivery, scheduling through Calendly, and the audio-call and screen-sharing service used for sessions), only as needed for that service, or when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep purchase and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally up to 7 years). Other information, such as session notes and messages, is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and answer follow-up questions, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing amrit@libx.tech. We will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and card data is handled by the payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Age

Our products and services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
